With an abundance of cucumbers in the garden, I decided to try my hand at making pickles and relish. Both batches ended up with a little extra, so we got to try some. They turned out pretty well for a first attempt. But no one told me that tumeric stains! Ugh!
And since the garden isn’t done yet, I may just have to try some more recipes in the future…
