Since it was a warm and sunny afternoon, we decided to let the chicks get out and experience the YARD! They look so big in the box, but they still look pretty small in the great big outdoors…
At first, they really didn’t like the grass, the sunlight, the breeze… But then they warmed up to it. They pecked around a bit, but mostly stayed close to us and followed the boys around.
We’ll take them out again on the next sunny day, which will hopefully be soon!
