Our Very Own Eggs

I think the egg shell stuffed with hot Chinese mustard has broken the girls of eating any more eggs. Hooray! But we still go out almost every time we hear ‘em squawking to check the nests for another egg…

I love opening the fridge and seeing our motley collection of little eggs sitting in the carton! Now that we are getting 3 to 6 eggs a day I am running a test to see if we can be grocery-store-egg free. I bought an 18 pack on my last shopping trip as my “emergency back up”, but I still haven’t had to use any of them!
